To the tune of ‘Good King Wenceslas’- with apologies.

St Mark’s Craft Fair’s coming up, November Sat the second.
You will find some gorgeous things, that is what is reckoned.
Brightly sparkling jewellery, beeswax wraps and chutney.
Fairy houses for the kids, great value for your money

Wooden boxes, hand made signs, fabrics, knits and sewing.
Candle holders, Christmas gifts, drinks to keep you going.
Artwork, cards and handmade boards, items that are silky.
Leather goods, refreshments too, coffee black or milky.

Tombola and cakes for sale, car parking aplenty,
Wooden pens and pottery, stalls number over twenty.
Ten o’clock go to St Mark’s, just a pound for entry.
No charge for pre-teenage kids. All welcome, element’ry.

We need your help - as always!

Would you consider donating a Tombola prize and/or a cake for this year’s craft fair? In 2018, thanks to your generosity, almost £700 was raised for church funds from this one event alone.

There will be a container for prizes in the foyer on Sunday mornings from September 7th. We are looking for unused, nunwanted gifts. But please, not junk. After all, they are prizes.

We won’t need cakes until the day of the craft fair, but if feel you’d like to bake, please let me know so we can get an idea of how many we’re likely to have available for sale.

Thank you very much.
